What is a charter broker?
A charter broker arranges private flights on your behalf. We don't own or operate aircraft. We source options from FAA Part 135 certificated operators, present you with a quote, and coordinate your booking.
Who operates my flight?
Your flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 certificated air carrier. The operator retains operational control of the aircraft and is responsible for the safe operation of the flight. Your quote and charter agreement will identify the operator.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote request form with your route, dates and passenger count. We'll review aircraft options and send you an itemized quote. You can also email or call us.
What affects the price of a charter?
The main factors are aircraft type, trip distance and flight time, whether the aircraft must be repositioned, airport and handling fees, and the dates you travel. Domestic charter flights are also subject to a 7.5% federal excise tax (FET), which your quote shows separately.
Is my quote guaranteed?
Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to aircraft availability until you confirm. Availability and pricing can change before a charter agreement is signed.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are provided with your quote and charter agreement. We'll walk you through them before you commit to anything.
What are your memberships?
We offer ad hoc charter, a fixed-price-per-leg membership, and a prepaid credit membership, with a jet card in development. See the Memberships page or contact us to discuss what fits how you travel.
Can my company set up an account?
Yes. We maintain corporate profiles that connect multiple travelers to one company, so quotes and trips are organized in one place. Contact us to get set up.
What can I see in the member portal?
After you create an account with the email we have on file, your portal shows quotes we've sent you and your upcoming and past trips.
What about cancellations and changes?
Cancellation and change terms depend on the operator and the agreement for your specific trip. They're outlined in your charter agreement before you confirm.
Can I bring pets, or request catering?
Often yes. Policies vary by operator and aircraft. Mention pets, catering or any special requests in your quote request and we'll confirm what's possible.
